Over three months ago I took a shirt design to Ken, one of the owners of the company and we talked about making it a t-shirt. He said that if I drew the design in black and white he could scan it into the computer and fill in the color. It took about two months, being brushed off several times, and many phone calls before I finally received my design. Although I had spent hours drawing and detailing the design it looked like it was done by a 3yr old. Even worse, it was not what we discussed. Ken had recommended the t-shirt color and it was done on the wrong color. Swim and Sport toold me they would fix it and get it to me by the end of the week. I waited those 3 days and the next week. When I finally called again, they told me that they could not do the shirt. I will never again use the services of this company and recommend that people avoid them as well.
