You know a shop is good when the first question regarding a quote is ""Will you bring the part in or do I need to supply them?"" This may throw a few people off, but it's a very good sign. I bought my own rotors and break pads and Alex had them installed for me for a song... and I had my car back in less than four hours. No calling to tell me I needed a $60 air filter half way through the job or hitting me with unexpected charges when I went to pick up my car. I even threw him some bait and asked if any other work needed to be done, he simply said ""Nope. That's a good engine in there."" Great shop, highly recommended.
