I recently moved and used Barrett Moving. They did not deliver my shipment when it was guaranteed. They were not helpful in resolving the issue. Speaking with the manager made the matter worse. He would not issue a delay claim, did not follow-up appropriately, and in fact left us waiting at home for delivery for two days without calling to tell us of further delays. When our shipment did arrive, the boxes were open and damaged. Our furniture had not been properly wrapped and needed refinishing. The only person who was reliable was the delay claim associate, as I assume she has much prior experience. Barrett does not deliver what they promise, was irresponsible about the shipment, and was condescending in the process. I would not recommend to anyone.
