Review content:
Our agreement was to have a design that was approved by our HOA and revisions of such plan as needed. It took a month for the first plan, which never got looked at because the HOA changed our house layout, and wasn't up to the specifications of our HOA guidelines to begin with. He's been paid in full $400 in Feb 2005...it's fall 2006 now. The second set, I'm still waiting to see after 18 months! I've tried to meet with him, have scheduled appointments and called 2 hours before hand and been cancelled on, he completely forgot about an appointment. He even said he'd mail them to me, which never happened either. I call every other day it seems to get plans I've paid for and all I get is excuse after excuse. If I ever do get my plans from him, I definately won't recommend him to anyone.
