Review content:
This place is horrible! I disagree with another review that said they were uneducated. They are very well educated and very compitent. The problem comes in that they are extremely overworked and treated like crap by the ADON and the DONs. The staff is literally harassed and forced to either work beyond their means or forced to leave. No matter how many times the staff tells the scheduling team ""No, I'm to tired"" it doesn't matter. They are so understaffed they need the help and the care of the residents is overlooked unless the resident is lucky enough to have family that is there regularly. I wouldn't put my dead dog there and not just because of the CNAs. They are great! It's because of the unprofessional management, or lack there of!
