Review content:
It's a nice environment, and the food is generally good, but it seems to be restaurant policy to overcharge. Additionally, mistakes with orders are common, and the management/owner, is not the most gracious person to deal with it. In one instance, which has sort of become a legend in our family, the restaurant overcharged my dad's credit card, and my dad complained to the man whom we believe to be the owner. My father asked him, ""What's my recourse here?"" The owner angrily retorted, ""You a'int got none!"" I admit, it's kind of a funny story, but that whole incident turned our family off to the place. My father is a reasonable man and a good, regular customer who became sick of being overcharged by one of his favorite restaurants. And the owner chose to treat him like that? Maybe the guy was having a bad day, but regardless, it's still unwarranted.
There are a multitude of superior restaurants in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. We've enjoyed trying all the new and different places where the staff is a bit friendlier, the food is a bit better, and the price on the menu is the price that ends up on your bill.
Pros: Decent food
Cons: Poor service, unfriendly mgmt.; often overcharge
