I purchased a rug at this store and went to return it less than a week later with all tags still attached, the rug just didn’t work when I got it home. The store told me that they do not take returns and everything is sold as is. However, Steelz receipt says \r
“RETURN POLICY: We want you to be satisfied with your purchases, but we reserve the right to refuse the return of any item at our discretion. Keep your receipt for all returns”\r
Steelz website states “We want you to be satisfied with your purchases and will gladly accept returns however we reserve the right to refuse the return of any item at our discretion. Keep receipt for all returns. Unfortunately we do not cover the cost of shipping unwanted items back to us. \r

They DO NOT take returns and I was told that is why they have the statement that they can refuse a return. I also asked for in-store credit so they didn’t have to refund money and again I was told that “all sales are final and we will not return an item just because you don’t like it when you get it home. That is why our prices are low” This was the second time I bought at this store and have spent hundreds of dollars there. This is the first time I ever tried to return anything! \r

DO NOT shop here if you expect good customer service and expect a business to abide by what they advertise!\r
Steelz should not post this return policy on their web page or print this on their receipt if they have no intention of following it! Just another example of a business that says whatever they need to make a sale! \r
