I took my lawn mower into Valley Tools because it wouldn't start. They told me it would be a few weeks before the mechanic could get to my machine, so I asked them to call me once they could diagnose the problem. They called me after a full service had been performed (3 and 1/2 weeks later). In fact, I had purchased a new air filter from them before mowing season started, and they charged me for another new air filter with the service. This was not what I requested.
I asked to speak with the manager and he told me that I had in fact signed for them to perform all necessary repairs including those I didn't need done.
DO NOT do business with this company. They are dishonest and will perform services that you do not need. The owner didn't care and told me that I could take it to another place.
BE CAREFUL with these people. They are dishonest, rude and don't care about customer service.
