Review content:
Valley Tools treat their customers badly. They are insensitive to the Customers situation. I bought a Lawn Mower from Valley Tools, at 4141 Chinden, some years ago and I take it back there every spring for servicing for another year of mowing. This year my mower did not work after serviced by Valley tools, so I took it back. Instead of expediting my order, they put me back at the end of the line, and after a week I still do not have my Mower. They have not even began working on it. After botching the job, and through no fault of my own, Valley Tools is making me wait longer than necessary for my Lawn Mower. This is poor treatment for a loyal customer. This is actually the second time I had to take my mower back after a poor job of servicing, as I had to do it a couple of years ago. I do not recommend Valley Tools as a source for lawn equipment servicing.
Pros: The Equipment they sale is very good.
Cons: The servicing of this equipment is poor.
