im a GM for a property management co. here in nashville tn. In the recent months several of the apartment complexes we manage have declined in the type of tenants residing there along with there vistors,likwise im sure some other propery managers have experienced similiar problems...such as defacing the pro.cars that do not run,or not legal to operate an most common not enough space for my tenants to park due to people parking that should not even be there...one such occurance 2 of my elderly resident could not park all week end long due to illegal cars..granted I reimbersed them for there hotel fees but this should have never happened,its unfare to the paying tenants! apon this I contacted Able,at first i was unsure what the reaction would be,they began towing illegal cars off the prop. asap..but to my surprise they were very profesonal in all espects,their were some mistakes the first week or two which they correted quickly..end resolt being prop. damage and not enough parking has become almost a thing of the past for my residents an my job is much easier with less compliants,what few complaints i get now are usually from the ones that should not have been on the prop. to begin with. we have developed such a relationship with the tow service now that they even offer my residents discounts on roadside assittance..this com.has REALLY provided us with excellent sevice,i would recommend them to any prop. owner or GM like myself.
