This company is going by Tennessee Moving Services now. Awful experience - was supposed to move 2 brd condo within 6 hours to show up at 7 a.m. They showed up hour late with a small rented truck, said they couldn't do it because it was going to rain. My mom called Amy or William Rogers at the ""office"" back and they sent 2 other guys out at 2 p.m. At 9:30 p.m. they weren't close to finishing. They demanded $700 in cash from my mother or said they were going to take all her stuff they had in the truck. They said they were going to send Will to our house to collect and told us he was a big guy. We stood in front of the truck and called the police. Police looked at both men's IDs (D.W. and Jimmy ?). They told us both men were criminals. We agreed to give them $350 in cash now and $350 in cash when job was finished. Police followed us out to the house to make sure the men took our things there. As soon as the police left, they stopped working and said we had to give them additional $350 of they wouldn't work any more and threatening that man was going to come out and collect. I had to call the police again before they started back unloading. They didn't finish until 11 p.m. - 9 hours for a 2 bedroom condo with everything already boxed up - horrible. Please be careful and get contracts before you hire a mover - check them with BBB first! Lesson learned. :(
