Get It In Writing..........Had average experience at Areo Flats. Services was friendly. Residents was weird to say the least. The pool was enjoyable untill a lady staired us down to see if we would tell that her kid was peeing on the trees surrounding the pool cause she was to lazy to walk them back to the bathroom. Aleast they didn't pee in the pool, lol. Fights in the parking area late at night kept us and our baby up. Occationally people rummaging through the garbage inside a gated area for food????? The apartment rep. would tell us something and went back on their word. Guess I'll get it in writing next time. Wrote Carmel customer service and local corperate rep. and didn't receive any feedback to this day. It's been about a month.\r
