DO NOT USE THIS LIMO SERVICE.\r
I made reservations for a hummer limo through this company in March, 2007 for MY WEDDING in late August, 2007 (7 months prior to the date we needed). The limo was supposed to be at my house to pick my bridesmaids and myself up at 2:00 in the afternoon to take us to the ceremony. At 1:45 the limo driver called me and said he was running late, so I said don't worry about picking us girls up just go to the ceremony site. I had to call my brother to come pick me up and take me there. On the way there the limo driver called again and said traffic was too bad and he was sick of fighting it and that he was turning around and not coming. REMEMBER THIS IS MY WEDDING DAY. I told him listen you still have 3 hours to get there (the wedding was at 4:00, by the time that was over and pictures were taken we didn't really need him to be there until 5:30-6:00) but he didn't care and told me to call management and hung up on me. The next day I called this company and asked to talk to a manger but what do you know no manager was available. My wedding was on a Friday and no manager is available on a Saturday which is probably their busiest day of the week, yeah right!! Since then I have called repeatedly and noone will pick up the phone, must have caller id. My credit card has yet to be credited my depoit of $155.00. ALL I CAN SAY IS YOU DON'T DO THIS TO PEOPLE ESPECIALLY A BRIDE ON HER WEDDING DAY. \r
