Dont use My Chicago Limousine! I had prearranged a pickup at OHare around 8:30 on a Thursday night, called dispatch when I landed, and went to the area he designated. THE CAR NEVER SHOWED! Making matters worse, no one answered the phones when I called repeatedly to find out where the car was, nor did the driver call me to indicate any kind of trouble. I called the next morning to find out what happened and was treated rudely by the dispatcher who said he couldnt help and claimed the manager was out of state all week. If reliability or service are important to you, find another car service or taxi.
