y reading the reviews online, i was very skeptical about going there but i took my chances and went ahead to get my treatments done here. teresa was very nice- no complaints about her, she answered all my questions-and i had a lot of them- without any objections. i even questioned the technicians... they answered well too. even thought techs get only 2 weeks of intense training, i'm not sure how well they learn and how well its taught. but overall after my first treatment of underarms- i saw 70% reduction in hair and the dark area was almost gone, i was very satisfied.\r
after 1st treatment of upper thighs- the hair growth was reduced at least 50% and i'm pretty hairy- thick and dark.\r
bikini- at least 30-40% reduction in hair growth\r
besides the hair reduction- the haiir were coming out thinner and smoother, they weren't prickly and it didnt itch or hurt....it was great\r
all this after first treatment. lets c what other treatments have in store for me.!!!
Pros: good customer service, satisfied results
Cons: training given to techs but its the experience that counts
