Review content:
I first went to this store several months ago and l wound up walking out because I couldn't get anyone to wait on me. If a sales person sees you standing there, he could at least acknowledge your presence with ""I will be with you in a minute"" especially when on an obviously personal phone call, but he didn't. Months later when I went back it was largely the same thing. When he finally did wait on us, he agreed with whichever half of the couple was talking as far as design measures. Little practical help. Misquoted prices between showing the merchandise and placing the order. Then told us to ""come in and pick up your order"" When I arrived at the prearranged and agreed upon time, (with a vehicle borrowed for pickup stated )""I didn't mean HERE, I meant its here in our warehouse--a few miles away. Come back tomorrow. One week and several phone calls later, he swore the whole order was now at his location ready for pickup, but again, it was still at the warehouse. We wound up going to the warehouse ourselves to pick it up; it was supposed to be complete, but on unpacking the boxes at home, several items were missing. the cost of delays with the installer are adding up.And, I got way too much information about his personal life overhearing all the personal phone calls.
