Review content:
Enclave at Town Center apartments are the worse apartments I've ever lived in!!! Management (Peterson properties) is a scam! They tried to rip off many people for security deposits, pet deposits, and additional (fictitious) damages to the apartments. Maintenance is horrible. It took them a month to replace our microwave. The manager is the most unpleasent women you will ever meet. She gladly shows off tattoo on her chest to every resident (white trash at its best!!!). They do not care about you at all. They never return your calls! We had police come to the apartment next to ours many times, and when we asked if they can tell us what is going on they responded ""it is nothing serious"". Two weeks later there was a homicide in that apartment unit! They still did not inform us off what actually happened! Stay away! There are many, many better places to live! You will hate the day you signed the lease agreement!
