Buyer be aware. This place is almost a scam. I used it but their water sprinkler was broken. I called to as for my money back. They never call back. The second time someone answered the phone and told me to leave my info so they can mail my money the next day. He repeated the next day twice. Of course I received nothing. I called 4 more times and nothing. Reported them to the BBB and after 6 weeks, I received a voucher for a free car wash with no apology or any explanation. They are rude, senseless and have no business ethics. Take your business somewhere else. I'm refusing their stupid voucher because I want my money back. They won't even respond if I haven't reported them to the BBB. This business think we are stupid and they think they can get away with ripping us off and stealing our money. I boycott the whole GEM car wash chain because it is the same company and the same stinking management. I'd give 0 stars if possible.
