My daughters and were at your store 3/10/12 looking at handbags with intentions to purchase the lady on duty was very nice. We decided to go look at something else and come back and buy the handbags we liked as we walked away security was called to the area. We went on to the other department and what i wanted they didn't have. I really wanted the handbag and had cash to pay as so did my daughter however we were offended my daughter went to the ATM machine to get the cash she needed we started back to the handbags and just said never mind now the purse I wanted was $200 the one my daughter wanted was $170 or somewhere aroung there I thought about calling the manager but just walked out of the store. Now I am very aware that because we didn't make a purchase it will not affect you store one bit actually we lost out we really intended to buy the handbags. We even witnessed a salesperson and very badly dressed lady in the men's section making assumption about a couple who was looking at some shirts they were new and new prices she even said to us they couldnt afford them she changed what she said she said no one can afford those prices. Anyway just an FYI still want the bag but it's okay Macy's probably has the same one.
