Review content:
I would only recomend this place to my enemies! Don't be fooled as we were on the tour. We use to be happy with our apartment and didn't mind paying the extra rent but it didn't take long for the honeymoon to be over. There is dog poop EVERYWHERE. We read reviews about this before we moved in and Jennifer in the office assured us that they keep it clean, WRONG! I hope you can enjoy your lake view along with a side of steaming hot poo, nothing like Florida heat and a breeze to make it smell even better. Any thing that has broken that should have been wear and tear they tried to charge us for. Stains that appeared 2 weeks after we moved in and again after the carpets were clean were considered ours - as in we'll pay for the carpets that are already 5 years old.
