I am an executive for a large investment firm and my experience with Dr. Liau and her staff has been extremely positive and a blessing to me and my wife. Dr. Liau always available to answer our questions and always returns her patients’ calls promptly within 24 hours which is rare nowadays. I like the fact that I can just call ahead of time for my herbal pick up and the herbals are always ready before I arrived there. This saves me a lot of time since I am always on the go. My wife especially like the free teas she gets from the staff while waiting for me during the treatment. Overall, the quality of service I got from Dr. Liau is definitely far more than the price I pay for when compared to other acupuncturists in the area. The price for herbal medicine there is far less costly than the over-the-counter medication at Walgreens or the supplements I bought from GNC stores. And you have a doctor who monitor your progress every step of the way.\r
