I suprised my husband with tickets to Kroqs Christmas concert, I did this during dinner @ Bubba Gump, we left them (accidenatlly) on our table when we left...within 5 minutes we went back to get them and they were gone. The mexican family behind us told us a Host by the name of Tommy was the only one @ the table after we left. My brother in law went to the concert and had seats next to ours, he said a kid who worked at Bubbu Gump (with a Bubba Gump shirt on) was in our seats, he said he had bought the ticket from another employee by the name of TOMMY....I called 2 managers (first Shane then Bradley) and never got a call back...so I called corporate and wes told it would be investigated and she would get back to me,,I never got a call and during a recent visit to Universal City walk we saw Tommy working at Bubba Gump!!! This is not fair and I warn you to watch your purses and belongings when eating at BUBBA GUMP Universal city.\r
