My friend lives in the Mark on Brickell. She loves it and her apartment is beautiful, but last night I had a bad experience. Before I let my car with the valet I put my wallet under my driver's seat to hide it. ( I know I should not have left anything valuable in my car). I got my car back and the wallet was gone. When I questioned I was given the manager's number to call. The manager arrived 15 minutes later to talk, and simply told me that he trusted all of his valet workers. In the end he left the situation as ""it is what it is"". Needless to say I was highly disappointed with the way in which the situation was handled.
