Review content:
This company sent someone to replace my slider with an Argon-filled panel. His name was Jack Moore. Not only did he not use a gas-filled panel, but the glass was a different grade, and he stole the removable muttons from two of my doors by saying he was going to shave them down to fit better. When I called the company, I was told he didn't work there, although his card had said he was field supervisor. When I asked for help to retrieve the muttons, I was yelled at, and the man hung up on me. I called the company a week later and was treated the same.
