I'm a previous Zak customer at the Oxford, Michigan location. And historically, they have been very friendly and helpful. My most recent experience required a $100 fee to review and diagnose a problem with a computer. The staff at Zak, was unable to identify the issue with a boot-able error.
The recommended solution was to reformat the computer for an additional $150. When I voiced my displeasure at their inability to properly diagnose and repair the problem, the staff members response was simply, ""whatever"". I took themachine home and reformatted the drive myself.
Needless to say, they've lost a customer of three years.
