Review content:
I have not yet lived here a year and they are already hitting me up for renewing my lease. Three months after I moved in they raised the rent. Things that were supposed to be fixed before I moved in have still not been fixed. The previous tenant let their kids draw on the walls with blue crayon and instead of washing the walls before painting, they painted over it and the crayon has bled through the paint. When it was mentioned to maintenance they gave us a coffee can of paint to paint the walls. I have had three cars damaged by the hoodrats that live here. Kids run amock unsupervised and destroy peoples parked cars. People have had their cars keyed, antennaes broken, dents, and headlights damaged. They are constantly leaving lovenotes of harrassment on your door about new rules and policies. They are constantly wanting to come in your home for inspections or appliance inventories. If you like no privacy, your stuff tore up, and your children running with hoodrats then move right in. The deals they are constantly running on craigslist are bs, they raise the rent so much that you get no deal and if you don't read all of the fine print on your lease, then later you will pay their assessments because they have you locked into a lease. Its a shame too because the apartments are big and roomy and some of the amenities are nice, but they need a better management staff here. They are running off the good tenants by bringing in so many bad people. There are sexual predators living here too! We had to do background checks when we moved in, unless they are just saying they are doing them and someone is pocketing money. Concord Management really needs to wake up and take a look at what is really going on in this complex.
