I wanted a combination of features that are no longer available on the 2010 Altima. I THOUGHT I had ordered a 2010 Nissan from Steve Mofrit at McCarthy Nissan in Olathe KS. After he failed to return my calls over a 4 week period, I finally spoke with the sales manager, Dave. Dave informed me that my order was on hold and I could not get the option combination I wanted. He offered no apology and no alternatives. That is why I will NEVER recommend McCarthy. Pathetic when they can't even return calls in this economy.
I got the vehicle I wanted from Keystone Nissan in Mission. They are having a moonroof and leather installed at a competitive price locally to get the ""build"" of options I wanted. Bravo!
