Review content:
Well, I tried to set up an appointment for a quote for a new kitchen but it didn't go very smoothly. The owner gave his explanation of what they do and the mentioned that he would need to get together with my wife and I for about 90 minutes. All very friendly. I then told him that this was going to be a surprise for my wife while she was out of town and that she would not be present at the meeting. He didn't seem to like that idea and proceeded to tell me why my wife needed to be there, in sort of a marriage counselor type of ""tone."" While I appreciated his concern, I told him that my wife always leaves these decisions up to me and that she would not be at our meeting. He still would not leave the subject alone and kept pressing. I then firmly said to ""get off the subject"" and let's move on. He didn't want to, he kept wanting to ""counsel"" me. I told him I'd be happy to meet with him if he would take the hint and again get off the issue of my wife. He still didn't learn to just shut up about the subject. So I told him that since he obviously couldn't listen to my desire's at our first meeting over the phone, then I couldn't trust him to do any work at all. I then told him goodbye, and I hung up. Take that experience for what it's worth, but he probably just lost out on a $20k -$30k job 'cause he wouldn't listen to me. I wish I could tell you about the company's work, but I coudn't even get him to listen to what I wanted on the phone. Pros: Unknown Cons: Doesn't listen
