Performance Plumbing is AWFUL! I set up an appointment with these plumbers over 2 1/2 weeks ago to plumb our new kitchen sink and disposal. \r \r I called them at 8:40 am the morning of the appointment to ensure that I was still on their schedule. At 3:40 pm, I called them again to see if they would still be here and to get an approximate time. I was told that their plumbers were busy and should still be able to get to me. 10 minutes later, I received a call from the plumbers stating that they could not get out to me and wanted to reschedule the appointment for the next morning.\r \r I do not understand how a business can make an appointment and then take on other appointments for the same day and then ask to reschedule one that had been set 2 1/2 weeks in advance while they continue with the emergencies. I took a day off from work for this appointment and I was not about to take another day off so they could get my money!\r \r Extremely disappointing customer relations and professionalism! I would NEVER recommend this company! \r
