Review content:
Metti International Vehicle Transporters was excellent in terms of calling you back and so forth. Their subcontractor came and thoroughly inspected the care before they loaded it on to the truck and took off. They thought the itinerary would take them to the destination in a certain amount of time and it turns out they got rerouted. They didn't call the person on the receiving end to let them know, but so when the car didn't arrive on time I called Metti and they were able to call back in 15 minutes to explain that they got rerouted by the dispatcher. It really was fine, as that is not an unusual kind of circumstance for truckers, where the usual mentality is to bury your head and keep on trucking, but not so with Metti. They were excellent!
