What I liked the most about this Queens moving company is that their customer service was outstanding and their staff were professional, friendly and fast! I have moved almost every two years for the last decade and have always had one disaster or another. I gave this moving service provider a try because they were eco-friendly (which pleased my wife) and their customer service representative was so much more informative about the details about the rates and the price quote and our insurance information. Their price is more reasonable than the other moving companies in the area can offer. So, I scheduled my move without any doubts.\r
On my moving day, I was nervous because the movers called and said they were running a few minutes late but they showed up only 15 minutes late. Their staff was very friendly and English-speaking and the foreman his name is Andrew was very professional and explained the process and how the next 4-5 hours would be outlined. He went over all the paperwork and they got right to work. They got the whole thing packed and loaded in 3 and 1/2 hours!!! \r
I was told that my delivery could take as long as 4 business days (which worried me), but I got my stuff in 2 days! The delivery driver was friendly and professional and there was no one box damaged. The final price for the whole packing/moving service was $1750 and it was exactly the money I was given the estimate to pay from the very beginning!\r
All things considered it was the smoothest move I've had to date. I will be referring people from my department at work . I hope they have the same experience I did! \r
Thanks a bunch guys for the best moving service received in the last 8 years, the customer service was very helpful explaining all the details regarding the price, their packing and long distance rates, the personal care was outstanding and my communication was such an easy with the entire staff! Thanks for making this whole moving service easy on me!
