The faccility is very clean; there is security on every unit and the climate control is fantastic.\r
The staff is helpful and friendly. I feel safe while in the facility.\r
They even have a conference room to use for meetings as well a mailbox rentals and moving/ storage supplies for supplies for sale.\r
I really like the ability to be able to park inside the building -goo for bad weather.\r
The building is centally located -across the street from the Troy Motor Mall\r
There are bathrooms located on every floor; coffee, cpld water and ice cream treats!
