I booked this ""TRUSTED"" moving company when my daughter was moving her 1 bedroom of furniture from Culver City to Venice area. Booked for 2 men and a truck on a Sat between 9-10AM - should be less than 4 hours. Well, they took my $100 deposit immediately and never reconfirmed 3 days like they said they would. We could never get anyone to reconfirm and of course on the day of the move - we were finally told that they were running 1 and 1/2 hours behind and would be there by noon. Noon - we called again and were told another 1 and 1/2 hours. Called again around 3PM - no one would answer the phone or call us - finally at 530PM the driver of the truck said he was on his way!!!
Moving is stressful enough and you want somebody you can trust - THIS IS NOT THE COMPANY YOU SHOULD BOOK BECAUSE IF THEY GET A BIGGER JOB THEY WILL ADJUST THEIR SCHEDULE AND NEVER CALL YOU. DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY. Now let's see if I can get my $100 credit back from these criminals???
