Unfortunately, I live next door to this complex, and the complex is a very poor neighbor; living there would be worse. Generally, the complex has a frat-party feel, and it is not uncommon to find broken beer bottles on the road adjacent to the complex where many guests park. Specifically, the pump on their pool began breaking down, such that it was as loud as a leafblower and could be heard above daytime traffic even when standing 100 yards away on Blackburn. After difficulty sleeping Friday night, when they were contacted ~1:00 pm Saturday, they did not consider fixing it a priority, and maintenance will not even show up until Monday, two sleep-deprived nights later. A noise complaint has been filed with the Dallas police.
