Review content:
I had been using this shop for over 9 years. Seemed like ever time I took my car here they would get things fixed quick and correct. Istarted having doubts about the shop about a year ago, when I had a clutch and slave replaced on my honda civic. It seems a little high priced, but they had done me good in the past. It wasn't a few months and my car was having problems again. I took here and they replaced the distributor. It seemed that every time I take it to this shop they want to do a min. of $1000 work. \r \r Now only 1.5 years after I replaced my clutch with them and only 9000 miles they say it is bad again. and $1183 to fix it. After telling them they put it in, their response was that it was not under warranty. There was no mileage written on the original repair so they could not verify that it was the correct mileage. After a heated discussion I left and found another place that was recommenned to me. They spent 15 minutes looking at my car and said it was the master clinder. They repaired it for 200 bucks and took 3 hours.\r \r I would never take anything back to this American Tire Shop. After think back on my experiences there, I think they have been taking me to the cleaners for a couple of years now.
