My existing water heater became unstable in the past one month and stopped boiling water on Sunday. It was time to purchase a new one but being on a tight budget, I was looking for repair options I could use for a few more months before buying a new one. I searched and found website of Portland Plumbing Plus where people ask questions and the plumbers over there provide answers on the internet for free. I didn't need to ask, though, because someone else had my exact same problem and asked. Their answer described my problem and offered recommendations. After reading their recommendations, I made up my mind to go ahead and purchase a new water heater since my existing one is over 12 years old. If I didn't find Portland Plumbing Plus, I would have continued using the old one and spending more money on utility bills from boiling water with a wacky heater. I gave them a call and was set up on Monday. They have impressive water heater price discounts which I combined with their installation coupon to get a very great deal. The installer was very courteous and friendly, did a nice job and cleaned up afterwards. I am happy to spread the word about great things going on at this company. Their website has ample information on plumbing problems and solutions. Great help from great plumbers! ... Johny Klapp
