SO WONDERFUL! I got a Abhyanga massage here last night. Lalita truly has a gift and a true passion for Ayurvedic massage and yoga. She is one of the only authentic ayurvedic masseuses in NY, learning all her movements from powerful instructors in India. It's a nicely decorated, clean, small place. Completely affordable, and relaxing. The night I went to sleep, I felt so relaxed, peaceful and had the most wonderful dreams. It was really nice. I will come back next time for some classes.
