I got my first set of lash extensions a few days ago. They are fabulous! I'm so glad I decided to try them out.
The lashes look completely natural-- just way better than natural! I now have long, thick, and dark eyelashes all the time. As a mom, I have many of ""no makeup"" days. The lashes make me look pulled together and awake even when I'm not. With makeup, they look incredible. They really complete the ""smokey eye"" look.
You can still wear mascara with these, but there really is no need to. I could never achieve the look I have now with mascara alone--I would have to apply too many coats and would end up looking goopy. If you've ever tried to apply your own false eyelashes and been frustrated with the difficulty or not happy with the costume effect of drugstore falsies, try these!
Mary is very easy to work with and I was completely comfortable while she applied the individual lashes. I can understand why she says many of her clients fall asleep.
I am a contact lens wearer and have had no difficulty at all. You can't get these wet for 24 hours after they are applied, but otherwise they are very low maintenance.
