i called this company today (8/23/2011) because i saw it had good reviews and they were local. the girl who answered the phone set me up for an appointment and said someone would be at my house anywhere between 2:30-4:00pm so i cleared my schedule for the entire afternoon anticipating their arrival. nobody comes! i call their office to follow up and the same girl answered again and said the technician is finishing up another job nearby and will be going to me shortly. minutes later i get a call from the technician himself (he had a weird sounding accent) and said and i quote: ""i am going to be done here in 20 minutes i will be there between 4:00-5:00pm."" so i wait some more. 5:00pm comes and i start to get doubtful of the appointment so i call the technician directly to ask if he was still coming. and i kid you not he gives me the EXACT SAME dialogue as he did an hour ago!! ""i be done here in 20 mins. i will be there between 5:00-6:00pm."" HE MOVED IT ANOTHER HOUR!!! AND TO TOP IT OFF WHEN I ASKED HIM IF HE EVEN REMEMBERED WHO I WAS HE WAS DUMBFOUNDED!! he has a programmed answer it seems for every customer who calls him that he jerks around. I WASTED MY ENTIRE AFTERNOON WAITING FOR THESE SO-CALLED ""PROFESSIONALS""!! so i call their office again and the same girl answered again and i tell her they act very UNPROFESSIONALLY and they should never treat customers this way. what makes their time more valuable than ours??? i then ask for a manager and she said ""i will look for her and have her call you back"", which is already a bullcrap statement that translates to: i will have someone here who can act like the manager call you and pretend they are handling the problem. so 3 minutes pass and this woman from their office CLAIMING to be the manager calls me and says how sorry she is and that this has NEVER happened before and she will give me a 10% discount and have someone over tomorrow instead. really? that makes me feel so much better to know you've only done this to me! how special can i be! LISTEN ASSWIPES, YOU ALREADY WASTED MY DAY, WHAT MAKES YOU THINK I'LL LET YOU WASTE ANY MORE OF MY TIME!!! these people who write such great reviews are either bogus writers who are probably just employees of the company or they are related to the owners. BE PROFESSIONALS!! DON'T JERK PEOPLE AROUND ESPECIALLY CUSTOMERS!! you can shove that 10% discount up your butts and rest assured i'm gonna let people know how you guys operate there!!!!
