In response to Greg L. - Anyone can say anything on the internet so it is important to protect your reputation...\r \r We have a full account of all the activity and all communication with client in our project management system and we can clearly show that the client simply disappeared in the middle of the development process even after repeated attempts at communication.\r \r Next communication was after the account was turned over to collections. No surprise there. Note the term ""sleasy collection agency"". What he described is clearly borne out of frustration but that does not eliminate his obligation which he clearly understood before engaging us to do his work.\r \r It's a shame that it is easier for some people to flame after the fact than to simply deal face up with issue when they arise.\r \r We treat our clients fairly, an it is us who usually bears the brunt of any problems by doing the right thing for our client friends even when we are not at fault. That is the only way we have been doing business for more than 15 years and that makes us one of the very oldest web development companies and that doesn't happen by not treating people right and giving them a good return on their investment.
