I have almost no bad comments to say. The management has been very nice and responsive. The apartments are wonderful, good layouts, wood floors and sytlish fixtures. Parking is included in the rent which was nice as some places downtown that we looked were $100 to $200 extra per car per month. There are multiple social events each month which has been really fun and a great way to meet your neighbors. \r \r Now for my cons...I can only think of one. When we signed we were told the courtyard (which is very nice) would be leash free for dogs. We didn't have a dog yet but were planning on getting one. We thought this a very nice amenity especially for the dog to run around a bit off leash in a safe environment. We finally got our dog and the courtyard was turned to on leash because of one residents complaint. There are numerous dog-oweners that live in the apartment complex that is very upset about this. I think that they should have considered the majority of the residents when making this change in the rule.
