Consider this before moving here. If the owner of the mobile home passes away. If you have noone 55yrs or older to live in the community then the owners will: A.) Abandon the mobile home. B.) Try to sell the mobile home (Take a huge loss.) and still pay monthly lot fee untill sold. C.)Move the trailer to another lot. Which will cost you anywhere from 2-5 thousand dollars. Remember your family will have to burden this.
