I think it's completely ridiculous that a person could have moved their trailer in 25 years ago and it be totally 'broke down.' Yet there are stipulations that your trialer has to be new in order to move in here. How new is the 25 year old trailer??? Does it have vinyl siding and shingled roof? Probably not! But that's what they're expecting of any new one moving in. I understand that you cant make people move out. But at least give consideration to potential residents. My community is better than this one anyway! It's cleaner and the layout is more of a neighborhood than a TRAILER PARK! Suggested...hell no!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
