Review content:
I joined due to the convenient location of the facility, however the place is old and the equipment is run down. You have to pay for lockers, and the fitness classes are far and few between without a lot of variety. They overcharged my membership for 6months and were unwilling to adjust it. The customer service included being yelled at by two employees -this is absolutely unacceptable. What ever happened to the customer is right, and that's how you get repeat business! I would NOT recommend this facility!\r
