Review content:
Being from the Buffalo area I?ve had a lot of slices of ?Buffalo? pizza in my day, and I am always wary when I see my city in the title of a piece of food. I can honestly say that I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the pizza. The sauce had a good spice, and the combination of all the ingredients left a very good feeling in my palette. I ordered a side of blue cheese with my pizza for dipping purposes, and I?m happy to report that Brooklyn South Pizza knows what constitutes a good blue cheese, which is surprisingly hard to find in this area. My only complaint with the pizza was the fact that the name said Buffalo WING Pizza, but the meat was in actuality cooked chicken breast. In this day and age everybody know what they are getting when an order is placed for a Buffalo food item, but I feel that if wing is in the title there should be actual wing meat on the pizza, which is a very difficult process.\r
Overall I was very happy with my dining experience, and I have now found a new spot to get good pizza. I give Brooklyn South Pizza a B+ on the Tasteville scale, and I can?t wait to try other items on the menu.\r
