If I could give this place five more stars, I would!!! Great atmosphere, customer service, and highly educated! Walking into any location yet it be in Pleasanton, Livermore, or Brentwood, all carry a sense of style, warmth, and friendliness. Brentwood is the newest location of this flourishing and success business. The front desk staff has always been respectful and gracious from the moment you walk into the salon, throughout the entire service. Fusion 3 has always complied with my busy schedule and has never given me a problem or attitude when ever I have had to cancel my appointment and re-schedule last minute. I have been a client of Fusion 3 since they first opened, being a hair model, as well as a reoccurring guest. I have always been really impressed with the classes I have been a part of as a hair model. I learn as well as the team learns about the affects of hair grade, color, body posture while cutting, the geometry of head, face, and eye shape. I have gone to different team members over the years due to my busy schedule, and I feel I have been fortunate enough to get a great haircut and color every time. Debbie and Larry have put together an amazing team and their work shows through their education, expertise, and training. I would highly recommend any location of Fusion 3. Outstanding!
