When my car suddenly decided it didn't want to work I called around and had it towed to Plateau Motors. I had expected it to be something bad as I had tried to troubleshoot the easy things myself with no luck. \r
However, Geoff and his team had the car diagnosed and found the issue was fairly minor and had it ready to go out the door by end of day. They kept me informed with what was going on and made sure I understood what they wanted to do and got my approval before proceeding so there were no suprises except for how smoothly everything went.\r

I've had mechanic horror stories in the past and let me tell you this is NOT one of them. In fact when I told my mom about how well it went, she had her car in for service the day I picked mine up. They are that good.\r

My experience was that they are honest, friendly, fair prices and great to do business with. I'll be going back to them in the future and will recomend them to my friends (even my mom).
