Review content:
I bought boots there and after about a week noticed the bottom of one of my heels was sore. Took a look and DH thought it was a verruca.Anyway 2 days later it was really sore and when I looked it was bleeding and I had another 2 small puncture marks. \r When I felt in the bottom of the boot there was a nail sticking through!\r Took them back to the store and was told by a young girl (in a very defensive manner)that she couldn't feel anything in the boot. Eventually when she felt in the correct place she said that I could only have a store credit. \r I said I wanted a refund as the goods were faulty and she told me that I would have to come back for the cash as they couldn't refund the money onto my visa and didn't have enough money the register.\r \r As I was walking out I got a ""sorry about that"", but no other apology.\r \r When I returned for the cash a few days later it was a different young girl who was equally off hand. When I asked who the manager was I was told there wasn't one and that the owner was Doug and only called in occasionally.\r \r Nil points for customer service and I won't be going back! Pros: Good range of cool shoes Cons: Poor customer service
