Businiess name:  Louis Taylor Agency

Review content:
Selected this company based on their location and quote over the phone for cars and house. Recently had a claim for the house for slab leak and called them. Receptionist couldn't locate policy for house. Mr. Taylor gets on the phone and states he transferred to another company so we could keep good rates and because Tx isn't no longer writing those policies. He gives me the name of the new agency. I started digging in file cabinet and found that the current policy expired approx 4 months ago. I looked harder and saw he had the deductible close to $3,000. On another page I saw the loss was typed in to only go up to $1,500. We had not noticed this since we did this over the phone and this was not mentioned and we had just moved into our house and was unpacking. So we don't know when we got switched and what the amounts are for. I would never use this man's agency again. Taylor is looking out for Taylor, not you.
