They've always taken excellent care of my meezers. The staff is always very friendly. Dr. Willyard is/has been our kitty's vet for quite some time now. He's very caring and informative. \r
The facility is very clean and smells great! Most days I am able to get in THAT DAY for an appt.\r

If there is an emergent need, you need to take your pet to the PET ER, just as you would do for your human family members (to a hospital ER).
